At this time, I have a rental and they have taken the books within. I just purchased six weeks ago across the street to the Volkswagen dealership. This was Friday and I have not heard back from anybody since then. I have left messages however it did not pass my mind that Toyota would not be servicing my vehicle and I have been a customer here for years. I think it was a big mistake to buy a different brand from the dealership and I’m nervous about my future with the car and if I have made a big mistake.
