My visit was fine. I waited in the waiting room for the car. Coffee was complimentary. I was checked in by one representative, then he was at lunch when I was contacted by phone and I found another representative, then I went back to the original representative to check out. He was happy to apply my coupons to the bill. I was pleased with the service and complimentary car wash.

It was an overall great service. No issues!

Had an appointment and no waiting in lines. Waited while service being done and was there about an 1 1/2 hrs which wasn’t bad, because it’s usually 2 hrs+ . The only negative was the complimentary car wash, asked twice if I wanted which I said I did but when truck brought out I could tell it was not done, truck was completely dry and still had pollen on it- I didn’t say anything because they seemed to be busy so just let it slide.
