After a horrible experience last Summer, which was NO FAULT of Chris Horsley, I almost didn't come back to this dealership for service. As a customer of several years and many thousands of dollars, I wrote in about how terrible the service wait was (3+ hours and no movement) to fix a flat WITH an appointment and never heard a word from anyone in management. I only came back this time for a quick service and will likely be buying a new vehicle from a different dealership in the near future. Chris Horsley is to be commended for his professionalism and knowledge at the dealership.

1st time appointment after relocating to area. Referred by long time Coggin client Jennifer Cofer. While service tech Ron Pablacion was very friendly, it took way too long for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Our appointment was at 10:20, we checked in early at 10:00, we checked out at 12:50. 2 hrs and 40 minutes is too long for routine maintenance.
