When I first got to the dealership, I looked at all the cars in the show room and not a single person asked me if they could help me. If I was not there to look into buying a car I would been GONE. I had bought from you before and new where the sales office was, so I when there and out walked Vito Kushelman, one off your best salesman. Vito saved the day and we talked, looked and test drove most of the afternoon. Vito was so very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional, that I felt right at home. I drove out with a new Rav4 Limited. Also Tony in F&I was mot kind and Professional.

Chris and Matthew were really attentive and responsive to my needs. He ensured that my vehicle was returned to me the same day despite many repairs and maintenance being required. They fixed a mistake they made on my backup camera at no charge to me. This is a complete 180 degree from previous experiences and have regained my faith in Coggin service.

Came in for scheduled service and a recommended service. Advisor gave an estimate to have in completed and the service team was right on time! Quick check-in and check-out. Always a pleasant experience.
