The service representative was very professional and friendly. The process went smoothly and the waiting area is comfortable. It would be nice to have more tables with a/c and usb outlets for phones and laptops. Some fresh sandwiches for purchase would be nice. I95 Toyota in Brunswick has a small cafe. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Service was on time and personnel were very pleasant. Ron answered my questions and also helped me with a request to show me how to turn on the dome light when my door was open. He was very helpful and explained the service report.

It was good and fast! I wish the dealer provide a video of the service to the owner. I used to have this before with my previous dealer of my car. Its reassuring that they really did run the service and inspection, though im not doubting the service

Our salesman, Jim Miller, was the best that I’ve dealt with over the years. Great communication, respectful, and honest. Process was good, though was not as pleased with the finance experience. Hard sell on the extended warranty then became somewhat rude and snippy/snarky when we said no. I would not work with him again if I came back.

Service rep, John Schaefer (?), was very helpful and knowledgeable. He set expectations and reasonable advice. Also, he applied coupon for discount - to help offset the significant cost!
