It mostly was fine. I wasn't tricked into paying for something I didn't want to spend money on, so that's always a win. However, I found that the service managers were cold and distant, not at all willing to engage with me and also oblivious to having a customer waiting. If you're going to talk to someone for 20 minutes about tires, at least pause the conversation and see if someone can help the customer that is waiting.

My sales lady was very good to what I was looking for and worked towards getting me get an affordable sale price. It appeared that there was teamwork among everyone and that was a good thing.

We walked onto the lot to just take a look inside the new prius, and we were greeted by "Manny" who helped us and showed us several of the prius' that they had on the lot. He was very informative and friendly and helped us with the lease of one of the prius vehicles.The only thing that I think is a bummer, is that we have to wait on the 2nd key fob for the car. We have two drivers of the car, and to have to switch the key out of my purse so my husband can drive it, is an inconvenience. We've been told there is no time frame as for when the second key fob will be ready which is also disappointing. I understand that there is a chip shortage...but it really is inconvenient to only have one key to the car! I'm hoping Toyota will get this in soon!
