Great service as always! Jenny C. And John S. are awesome! I scheduled my 70k service on my Tacoma and they made sure my truck was well taken care of. The techs changed my oil, rotated and balanced my tires, did an alignment, and a full maintenance check. I love how they always top off all my fluids and even wash my truck. When I pick it up, its always running great and looking clean! I highly recommend Coggin at The Avenues Service Department. Extremely satisfied with how they treat me and my truck!

Everything was good until one of the recommended service sent to me was for something about a coolant. I addressed same issue last summer after it appeared there, also, after a very expensive appointment in April 2023 had already fixed that issue.. I expected Toyota would have removed that already. My service appointment technician saw it and gave me peace of mind it was not needed.

I had the last appointment and they got me in and out very grateful.

Nice in and out. No extra fluff

The service was very quick and the service tech I spoke with was very straight forward with the needs of the car that day and what to look for in the future. He was not trying to encourage me to get service (on items that I could get done on the next service date) whcih I did not need right away which is refreshing as so often with other dealers I feel they are pushing to get you to spend more money. Quite satisfied with the price as well!
