I have conducted my business by phone. I have been considering a new Sienna but unable to get any help or straight answers after contacting about 10 dealerships in GA and FL. The salesperson Karla listened to my needs and told me she would reach out to her sales manager. Later that day Eric called me back and after explaining my wants and needs he began to find an answer. As it has worked out I am getting a new Sienna next month .
