John Schaefer the service advisor mis-informed me about the services I received. He was not aware of the services performed, and he didn't know how to answer my questions, he is unprofessional and he didn't care about me as a customer. There have been other times that the service department fell below standard but this visit was over the top. I drove my car in as I have done many times, after driving my car the tech had to push my car in the bay. He stripped my calibers making my car inoperable. I had a general manager of another car repair shop go to your location and check on my car. The tech admitted to breaking the caliber. Matthew the sevice manager is completely impervious, and couldn't care less about my car/ situation. This was a total nightmare, shame on Toyota and everyone that was involoved.

The sales experience was great and the sales representative was great. My only issue is, I didn’t receive car floor mats. My thought was, you pay $30,000 for a new car, it should at least come with floor mats.

Duane was amazing as he worked with me to get the new vehicle of my dreams while making sure I was comfortable with the long terms payments. The experience was awesome from picking out my vehicle to test driving it to making my big girl purchase. I was able to walk away with a brand new 2025 Camry XSE hybrid with confidence. Everything was good except the time it took to finish. I arrived almost an hour early for my 2:20 appointment, but was not out until 4:00 for a maintenance visit and tire rotation. I was warned that the service was jammed and it would be slow.
