I've consistently had great customer service from Chris Boykin in multiple visits.

Was at dealership to test drive a car.

Came in to replace my car that had died. Had lots of questions and a strict budget to work with and the salesman was very helpful and patient.

Stopped in for my 10,000 mile service. My service advisor Chris Horsley was very nice and professional! I only waited at the dealership for about 30-45 minutes and I was on my way.

Christopher Boykind was very professional and gave me an update after inspection what needed to be done. He helped me with discounts. My car was ready in a timely manner. I didn't have the spark plugs replaced this visit because of the price. I will have to work on that. Being a widow with a lot of extra expenses is difficult.

Prompt reception and registering of requests. Good update on additional needed servicing.

As usual having a scheduled appointment is the best way to go. All personnel knowledgeable and friendly. Oil change only, took longer than I expected, about an hour, but I know everything was done correctly.

Service writer, Christopher Garcia was professional and accommodating. However, there was a shortage of employees checking the customers in.
