I am a customer with high standards. I usually have bad or less than ideal experience with Coggin. However, I was very impressed with my recent service that I need to give praise and credit where it's due. Chris Horsley was my service rep and took care of me better than any other service rep before. So much so that I will specifically request Chris and him only when making appts going forward. Chris was professional, honest (unlike previous service reps), cordial and very easy to work with. Thank you Chris. I was starting to lose faith in Coggin. I'm glad I was able to find him and know there are still some good apples over there.

I was at your dealership on the evening of 11/25/23 hoping to purchase a new vehicle. My current car I have been driving is about to turn 20 years old and I finally was ready to get another car. Mr. Richard Scott is who answered the phone when I called up to inquire about test driving a new 2024 Toyota Corolla LE. When I met with Mr. Scott at the dealership for a test drive and negotiate for a price to buy, he was super helpful, patient and comfortable to do business with. After I purchased the vehicle that same evening I later met with Mr. Richard again a couple of days later so he could explain in depth all the gadgets on my new Corolla. Mr. Richard was very awesome and helpful then as well. I am super pleased with my experience and would be glad to recommend Mr. Richard Scott to do business with. If it was not for his people skills, tact, patience and willingness to be so helpful, I would never have done business at your dealership. So you can actually thank him for this sale as much as me.
