Was initially there for maintenance but then the engine light came on as I was on my way home. Was so worried as I have a long drive in a few days & couldn’t use the cruise control. Darius, my service agent had me bring the car back. They took the time to find out the problem, fixed it & made sure I’ll be safe for my trip. Am overwhelmed with the care that they give…Couldn’t thank them enough🙏

I arrived and was greeted immediately. Ron took my information, acknowledging me as a previous customer who had been supported by him in the past. My car was ready in less time than I expected.

A good experience from greeting to service advisor. Busy day and I had no ride so had to wait which was a bit long.

The service was the last one that was included in the two year free service schedule, although the car had not reached its 15000 mile service point. I assume all items were done according to the schedule, but I have no way to confirm. I have to trust that all was done. my dissatisfaction is that many of my dashboard settings were changed. Also, the driver's seat position and the passenger seat position were changed. I do not see any need to make those changes in order to complete the service.
