At the suggestion of my neighbor, I called Coggin Toyota and met with Carlos. I explained to Carlos what I was looking for and that I was running in between appointments. Carlos had a 4Runner pulled up front by the time I got to the dealership a few minutes later. Carlos was not available the next day, but I spoke with Bryan. I explained I could not get to the dealership until the following day to test drive the 4Runner. He said if I had time that day, he would have Austin bring the car to me and that is exactly what they did!!! We set up a time and it was perfect timing for my husband to get home and we both test drove the car. We decided to purchase the 4Runner that day. After speaking with Bryan again, he had Mario draw up all the paperwork and Austin brought all the paperwork and car back to us that afternoon. Austin was AWESOME!! Like most people, I was very apprehensive about purchasing a new car, but everyone at Coggin Toyota made the entire process very transparent and straightforward. They were unfailingly professional and a pleasure to deal with and I recommend them without reservation.

We received a timely appointment for routine care and service. James Hoffman, our service representative, is always helpful and pleasant.

I was 10 minutes early from my appointment at 8:00 a.m. and my car was accepted by Joshua. It wasn't until 9:20 a.m. that my car was returned to me. I feel that an hour and 25 minutes is way too much time it takes to check fluids change oil and rotate four tires. The question management should be asking of the staff is why does it take so freaking long to do this job. The object is to make the customer happy.
