We had a bad experience at a car wash, the car was bumped 3 times by the car following. 3rd time pushed our car out of the track into the wall. A car wash employee had his hands on the steering wheel turning in the direction, he considered would get our car back in the track. He steered the car into something that blew the tire, then he managed to get our car with a flat out of the car wash. While this employee changed that front tire to the doughnut, my son who was with us called Coggin, since that is where we have been doing business with for our Highlander. He spoke to a Alexa, not sure of her name, she listened to Matthew informed him, she understood our situation(seniors who would be driving on a doughnut) said to come in and they would work us in and more likely would have the task completed by 5:00 pm. He thanked her & we headed to Coggin, the work order was opened at 12:22pm and ready @ 14:15pm. James Hofmann, who speaks with a soft voice which is comforting, was our service advisor looked for the same tire, which we had purchased @ Coggin a little over a year ago. Michelin no longer has that tire available, James selected the tire that would best fit our needs providing the best drive for us with our Highlander. All people we encounter when we drove into the service lane, understood our situation and were very gracious and helpful to us. It was not because our son and daughter-in-law with us but they could see that we were upset. It is also that is the way people we have normally encountered at Coggin react to their customers.

Jim Miller helped us with the online process, gave us the quote for the car we wanted. Everything was online. We then picked up the vehicle and Daniel helped us with the process. It was a smooth experience. We didnt need to spend lots time at dealership. Great experience with Coggin Toyota at The Avenues.

Chris B was very efficient. As the sign above the service area stated, I asked Steve to have my car washed. Upon arrival it had not been washed, and he stated it would only take a couple min. When I or any other customer comes in to pick up their car, they expect all the work to be completed and ready to go. The current process of washing the car when the customer arrives is our time management with my time and your service managers time. Have the car ready to be driven away when the customer comes to pick it up, don't keep the customer waiting. If your service managers time is not important, your customers time is
