I had a good experience. Seemed like everything was wrong with the car but they fixed everything and it rides like a brand new car. Customer service from E was excellent. He kept me informed the whole time up until pickup.

Although it took some time to be greeted upon pulling into the service center, everything afterwards was excellent. My service manager “E” was personable, professional and quickly took care of everything.
