great first time service experience at Coggin Toyota! pleasant, friendly employees facilitated a highly efficient check-in process! the "parking guy" accompanied me to the office of service advisor Jacob Tabacek. allow me to briefly sing his praises: exceptional listening skills, accurately "translating" the described issues to mechanical terminology! my car had major problems (scary!), so i especially appreciated Jacob's calm, patient demeanor and helpful explanations; he was easy to contact directly, but rather than having to ask for updates, he was proactive to contact me; considering mechanical work: the service itself was quick and actually completed earlier than expected; the car interior exhibited no "mechanics' residue" (BIG thank you!). exceptionally clean and well lit service facility; consumer-friendly environment and atmosphere. so to quote Arnold: i'll be back! thank you Jacob and Coggin Toyota!
