Service dept very supportive in setting up appt ASAP as my battery died in my garage. We finally were able to jump start it and I contacted the service dept and advised them of the situation and they immediately scheduled an appt within an hour. Thank you for such a quick response.

Buying process was quick

Everything was great including Chris especially, except for one thing. The online status site for my vehicle registered that the car was received and that the service had begun. However it did not update after that and since I was checking that every 15 minutes or so until around 3:30, I wasn't aware that my vehicle was finished at 1:30. I had to call service department and ask. Chris did leave me a message on my phone at 1:38 but I missed it because my phone is on silent mode all the time except for calls in my address book. Please fix the updating issue with the online status report.
