Only issue I had is that I had an appointment for an oil change and it took 3 hours to complete.

Came in late in the day to get my battery cked and replaced. It took a while but they did a great job!

Great customer service

My 2018 Camry overheating alarm came on. I was within 1/2 mile of Coggin Toyota At The Avenues in Jacksonville. I pulled into a parking space at this dealership and went inside to see if someone could check out my car. First I asked a sales person who came out and opened the hood to survey my problem. He then brought a female employee and a male service writer employee to see my car. They immediately signed the car in for evaluation. The lady asked if I had extented waranty and I said I didn't know. She imediately checked and to my surprise I did have a very top of the line extended waranty. The service writer got all of my repairs done and even a rental car for my use under this waranty. What a blessing to have met these 3 helpful and caring people.

Usually first rate service.
