I appreciated getting my car washed and some advice from my service representative on which additional factory recommended service to add. I wish that information would have been briefed with me prior to the appointment however instead of after the tire rotation m. My car/dealership could notify me in advance of more items than just tire rotations and oil change service needed. In the age of data, use it to make things more streamlined for the customer.

Easy and quick service (final 'free' service after new vehicle purchase in 2021)

Since my first service appointment I have been complaining about one tire constantly losing air. At this appt, I was once again told that nothing was wrong with the tire but I pushed back since we are constantly putting air in the tire. Chris heard my complaint and followed through so the tire was completely removed and a small nail was finally found and the tire was patched. I am so happy I will not need to fill it with air every 2 weeks now!
