Quick friendly service in the oil change. Not impressed at all with the “mini detail”. Glad it was free because of my birthday because I would not have paid for the “car wash”.

The advisor, Jacob, was excellent and did his best to get me in and out. I had been trying to schedule an appointment for quite a few weeks for an oil change and a tire rotation as part of my Toyota care package. Two or three times previously, I was told even with an appointment I was looking at 3+ hours. I find this completely outrageous. I asked about walk in wait time and they told me it would be the same. I then asked “well what’s the point of an appointment if everyone has the same wait time??” I think the system needs some improvement somewhere. I know first hand that oil changes and a tire rotation can be done in wayyyyy less time than that. I’ve done them myself, but free is free so that’s why I came in. The wash was also down so I didn’t get the complimentary wash that was offered. I also had the multipoint inspection in which no one mentioned my brakes needing to be done. I know 100% that the rotors need attention however, this was missed on the inspection. I did also visit the parts department to order some parts. The two guys over there were very friendly and professional by the way.
