Though you were short-staffed, the work was done the same day, and I could feel the difference in the car when I drove home. My service associate's phone number on his business card was incorrect. When I called through the service department number he didn't answer, so I left a message and did not receive a call back. For some reason text messages are being sent only to my wife. When I came to pick up, I waited in the service associate's office for 10 minutes and he never showed. The people at the general service desk then allowed me to pay and pulled up my car for me.

It's great when the service rep is good people and will work with to get your automobile done and keep cost down as much as possible. Ron P. was excellent

There was a little confusion on offer made over the phone when I scheduled appointment. After 30 minutes on phone, issue was solved satisfactorily.
