My service advisor, Allen, was terrific. I was originally scheduled to work with Chris Boykin, but I waited 10 minutes and had an appointment to get to. His office mate, Allen, offered to help. Not only did I appreciate that, but I am also impressed with his professionalism, energy, and enthusiasm. Chris could take some pointers from Allen.
