I had a problem with my tail lights as they would not turn off. I had no appointment but knew they would drain the battery without taking action to fix the problem. My service rep, Ron, wasn’t sure what could be done that day as it was almost noon and as it turned out, later that afternoon he advised that he would arrange a rental car as it would be at least one or two days to complete all repairs. I authorized additional repairs needed to get everything done on one trip. He was very helpful and understanding and I got several items taken care of. Ron made my visit much easier and I sincerely appreciate his effort.

Service was great! I have been at Keith Pierson for a long time and had horrible customer service . We just bought a 2023 suv and brought it into service today . The guy didn’t catch his name was awesome ! Very understanding that I had to rush to work !

Darius is very polite and has impeccable costumer service. He kept me informed about when my car was going to ready and I can appreciate that.
