I purchased my 2023 4Runner Limited from Coggin. I have purchased numerous vehicles from there. I mainly like to deal with Greg Alderman. He was out of the office for this purchase. But he gave my info to Juan T. He was great!

DJ, my service rep, was great. Drop off was again very frustrating and confusing. Cars parked everywhere with no one in cars and no rhyme or reason. I didn’t know if I was supposed to wait in my car or not.

After making an appt. for service, when I arrived there were a lot of cars waiting for service. Jacob was assigned to me & told me it would be 2-2 1/2 hours. I did t want to wait there for so long, so I was going to leave, come back with the car & get my husband to pick me up. I went to tell my husband when Jacob came back to tell me the tech could get it done (an alignment)in a short amount of time. We waited 40 minutes & it was done!!!
