It was good but the guy who was supposed to help never came to his desk when I came to check in waited for 30 mins until another guy at another desk checked me in for my 10k maintenance appointment.

Juan was great Juan texted me when I was shopping on line. We made an appointment and I bought a car from him. Very helpful and I appreciate no pressure sales approach.

The only complaint I have is when making an appointment let's say 10am my truck never seems to get started until an hour later quick makes it an inconvenience when waiting for the service to get done.

John is great and I don't have a complaint about the service yet. Hopefully there won't be. However my car looked better when I brought it in. I see spots all over my car from the car wash. If there's a dryer it doesn't work well. If there isn't, a wipe down should only take about 5 minutes.

My cars transmission was broken and I bought a car that replaced it.
