Met with Warley DeAraujo to purchase a used specific vehicle I had viewed online. Warley was efficient in working through the details and price negotiation. I took delivery of the car and within a couple of hours noticed there was a leak from rain through the moonroof. Reached out to Warley and he responded quickly, arranging for the service department to look at the issue within 2 days. I was provided a rental car while the issue was diagnosed and resolved within about 30 hours. Greg, used car manager was amazing. Kept in touch, and let me know when to pick up the car. He made sure the moonroof was operating properly before I left the dealership. Excellent, five star service! Thank you Warley, Greg and Coggin Toyota for exemplary customer service.
