The service department was a little backed up due to the holidays. Chris let me know it might take 2-2.5 hours. I asked him to keep me up to date with the service appointment and to notify me if things were going to get delayed. He notified me say vehicle was taken to the back and then getting work done.

Aleshia, I think it was, was excellent. She answered my questions about the tune-up with technical knowledge and was kind and courteous, letting me know what would happen and when.

Elysia, Jenny and Jason were all great! On our way out of town, the car overheated. We turned around, headed to the service department and got there right before closing, the rental car was running and ready for us to transfer our luggage and keep moving. In a time of panic, Elysia understood our urgency, was so kind and encouraging, and told us everything would be ok! After diagnosing the car, we reached out with questions and Jenny had Jason the technician working on the Landcruiser call us directly to discuss the necessary repair in detail!!! He was very kind, patient and knowledgeable and explained the problem and exactly what he had to do, which made us feel much better understanding what had to be done. Thank you to the entire Toyota team for your support, help, professionalism and great work!

Follow up from previous brake service. Rotors needed to be resurfaced due to vibration although this was done at original service date. Other than a wait of 3 hours, I am happy with the service that was provided.

Needed a new battery and was warned in advance that it may take longer than normal due to the holiday creating heavy service demands. Was pleasantly surprised to be in and out before I could even get too comfortable. Chris Horsley was great, as usual, helping me select the best option for the most reasonable price.

I came to get the air bag recall service on my Toyota Highlander. My service representative was Jacob Tabacek. Jacob was instrumental in helping me fix an unrelated issue with my trailer hitch which was was NOT installed by Toyota but was already on the car when I purchased it, used, over 1 year ago. Long story short he helped order the correct lighting harness and communicated what was needed to the auto technician. The technician also called me to go over the lighting requirement. Jacob kept in contact the entire time advising me of the status of the repair throughout. The lights work correctly now which is a major relief. I am one grateful customer.
