Darius is very good but the service people did not put the valve cover back on one of my new tires. This is the second time this has happened there. Can you mail it to me?

Johnny continues to not only meet expectations but exceeds them. I found myself in a potentially bad situation as an inbound hurricane can be as little as a storm with some winds or a raw deal with Mother Nature. My car was falling short and I didn’t want to be stuck in situation especially with weather on the rise, I brought the car in and Johnny immediately made it peace of mind, I got a vehicle from the support staff/service desk (the ladies were super helpful) and I was well on my way. Because my battery was on back order i was fearing the worst for my wallet but yet again Johnny reassured my Coggin had my back, the rental was taken care of. Just another amazing example of the work and reassurance he provides to make my experience an absolute 12 out of 10. Thank you Coggin, Johnny and the service team!

I received great and friendly service, as always. Darius was very helpful in helping me getting my tires replaced. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. I had a paint stain on my car, he was able to wash it off. That made me happy. Thank you Darius for your kindness!

Manny helped me through out my purchase experience. He was very helpful. He showed me options and helped me get the interior and exterior colors that I wanted for my Rav 4. He kept me informed on when the vehicle would arrive to the dealership and helped me learn it's features before I drove it off the lot.
