On a busy morning after a holiday, I was greeted by great staff. My car was brought in for repair (turned out to be minor). Alan was helpful in explaining my other options (needed multiple services). He provided a timeline, so I decided to rent a car. When I picked up my vehicle, he was still there (long day) with a smile and a happy to help. Coggin has always been fair and upfront with everything!

I was there for a oil change. The customer service was good, however, I thought the wait was too long for the service.
