Service was friendly but service manager did not seem particularly enthused when I said I wanted air filters installed during routine service which was part of same - I did not want same left on seat for me to install. Otherwise, time wise the service was reasonable. However, at initiation of visit I asked for car wash which was not done when vehicle service completed but was asked again at conclusion - by that time I declined.

salesman, Ty A. was everything you could ask for in a non-pushy, salesman. I was dreading the whole car shopping experience and Ty made it bareable. He answered the questions we had, showed us what we wanted to see, asked just enough questions that he wasn't prying. Great guy.Finance person, Dakota, was also informative and helpful. Didn't love that when we asked about a lower interest rate that we were told "no, that's top tier interest rate - the best you are going to get" (which ultimately was the reason we walked out on day 1), to receive a call 2 days later and the rate went down 2 %. Could have saved us the time and hassle of returning later had he been honest enough on the first day.overall, I love the '24 camry hybrid. It was everything I was looking for, and I got it without a lot of fuss and extra fees. The price was (nearly) the price - not $10k higher right off the bat, like other local dealers.

My salesman Esmond was great! But the car had a small dent/scratch near the door panel, and the managers would not even fix it.

It went well. Carlos did a good job working with us every step of the way.

Jacob got me right in, gave me an approximate finish time and led me to the waiting room. When it was all done he found me in the hallway to let me know it was done and sent me on my way. Great experience AND I was able to book the appointment about 1/2 in advance only.
