My wife and I visited the dealership and when we stepped out of our car saw the RAV4 Hybrid and the color we wanted liked it very much but the salesperson who was near was not that friendly. My wife and I decided to use the restroom inside and on the way out we decided to talk to Duane Clinton to get the details on the vehicles in stock. After a few conversations, we started enquiring about the RAV4 Hybrid which we liked it. After negotiation, we were able to purchase it. Mr Clinton as a salesperson did a good job to make the deal happen. We appreciate Mr. Clinton for his time and help.Request: The dealership should look into the staff to be more friendly and have patience in dealing with the customers. I hardly saw any rush at Coggins but the other Toyota dealer which few miles away was very busy and the staff was very friendly.

Overall satisfied, but i noticed the pressure in the tires was not checked or properly set.

Customer service was great but it took 3 hours for a an oil change when I had a 9 o’clock appointment. I had an appointment and had to make arrangements to be picked up. I get told because my cars a Kia they have to order the filter. I pay for the maintenance plan and bought my Kia from coggin.

Brought my car in for routine maintenance, everything was explained to me by your service manager James, car finished in a timely manner.

It took me a while to find a dealership that would not stress me out buying a new car should be a pleasant experience not an ordeal Coggin Toyota were very pleasant and Anton Palaj the sales professional made my experience a walk in the park.

I reluctantly drove to Coggin Toyota, after a discouraging experience with another Toyota dealer, and found Coggin made a reasonable offer to purchase my trade so I happily completed the sale with Coggin.

Brought the leased minivan back and bought the car as we had a good experience driving it for 3 years.
