My salesman manny was awesome! He took very good care of me so I would give him a 5. The overall experience was fair but not perfect, my biggest issue being not being given fair value on my trade in, but I appealed many times so we got close. Manny went out of his way to help me & made me feel comfortable, staying late to make sure I knew his to use features. He was very knowledgeable and loved helping customers. He really worked with me on my time as did the other departments around my schedule.

An error was made, but it was fixed.
