Good job. Expensive but good!

The Rav4 was the 4th and last car in our household to be serviced at Coggin, after decades of having them serviced at Arlington. Chris Horsley is the Service Advisor who has handled all our cars and visits over the past 8-10 months. We are extremely happy with the service we received. Chris is an excellent advisor with both the personal skills and technical undrstanding to ensure our vehicles are well maintained and safe to drive. The mechanical work on the vehicles has been top notch as well. We'll be back in the next couple of weeks with our Corolla.

Showed up to have routing maintenance provided. You let me know know that brakes also needed work. The work was accomplished faster than what had been estimated. As always, great service from Coggin Toyota.

I gave 5 stars because Coggins always does a great work on my Rav 4, however I was not thrilled to have to wait 5 1/2 hours for the car to be serviced. My appt. was for 10:30am and I did not get the car back until 4-4:30 pm. The service center had so many cars that we were lined up from where you enter the dealership.
