Fred was very attentive to our needs. He was patient as we decided between two cars. No hard sell or pressure, needed a day to think about it. Took time to point out many features in and around the vehicle since our previous purchase was in 2012! Many new changes!! Even appreciated little things such as being offered water or coffee...*** Not too pleased though with multiple errors on paperwork/registration...middle name incorrect. Wrong color of car and year on form was 1994 not 2024! Very sloppy. Called the dealership and Wanda said she'd take care of it.**Felt hurried in signing all the forms..."just sign or initial at bottom"! We were told many times.We wanted to scan the documents we were signing...you know what's on it but we don’t...Did point out wrong car color but was told it didn't matter!
