The service rep was friendly and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Easy system to stay in the loop throughout the entire process.

Took the car in to get the tires changed. Nothing unusual or outstanding on the service. Had to walk along the offices to find the representative assigned for the day. Checked in and waited for the car.

Had a great experience. Communicated throughout the process, liked the pictures of required repairs and approval workflow.

the service dept. at Coggin is excellent. A comfortable setting is provided to customers while waiting when vehicle is being serviced. The service guys are on their "A" game; very efficient, super nice and professional. Chris Garcia has always been my service consultant and he is GREAT.
