The wait was not as long as expected, considering there were a variety of tasks performed and the service department was quite busy. The employees were very professional.

Besides the appointments being backed. I had a good experience with the advisor. He remained professional and helpful.

The only problem I had, was what I felt like a long wait, considering I had made an appointment. However, as usual, the staff was pleasant, and very helpful.

Why when you have an appointment time did I have to wait two hours before anyone checked/changed the oilOf course it needed other services too which is additional waiting.Everyone was pleasant and friendly.

Waiting for an hour and half despite having an appointment is little disappointing
