I ordered and purchased a new Toyota Sienna. The experience was excellent. I would not hesitate to purchase again from Coggin. My sales contact was Jim Miller. Danny Rawls saw me through all the paperwork and options such as a long term service contract. Both Jim and Danny were knowledgeable and helpful.But more than anything, I felt a genuine corporate intent to treat the customer fairly. For example, no attempt to up-sell, instead listening to what was being asked for. For example, for my trade-in, they were more than fair on the price offered. I truly never felt that I was being taken advantage of.Thank you Jim, Danny and Coggin Toyota for a pleasurable purchasing experience.
