Duane provided the best service I could have imagined! This was the only car that I found at the intersection of affordability and value. After having a horrible experience with another local dealership, I felt incredibly lucky to have such an amazingly seamless and fast purchasing experience with Duane and the finance manager (I believe his name was Hank). I didn't feel pressured, bullied, or taken advantage of like I did at the other dealership. The price was fair and I felt seen as a person instead of a dollar sign. I love my new car and it was the best price I came across in the entire state comparatively. I'm definitely a loyal fan who now feels like a member of the Coggin Toyota at the Avenues family.
