I appreciated how Mr. Duane Clinton walked us through on the basic reference for the vehicle: how to turn it on/off, phone app, etc. It's my first time getting this kind of service.As car buyers we are always excited and have a lot of questions. I just felt the we were not heard but was told to listen to the salesperson first.
