I had a service appointment with Alan Winn. He took my car on time & let me know how long it would be. I waited in the waiting area. I told him I was thinking of trading my 2020 Highlander Platinum for a newer 2024 model. He suggested I go ahead & look while I was waiting. So I did. I asked the receptionist Tiffany to as a salesman to help me. She called for Dominick Barksdale, who appeared immediately. He was so courteous, knowledgeable & helpful. Dominick listened to me & what features & colors I wanted. I knew what I wanted & he & Bryan found the car I wanted to be delivered soon. I put a down-payment & a trade-in on that car. Alan texted me & Dominick texted me immediately after I pulled off the lot. Dominick called me the next evening & we talked about the great experience I had as well as a few extra items I want on this car. I have every confidence in Dominick's sales abilities and knowledge that I will get the best car to meet my wants & needs. And I really like the location of this Coggin dealership in relation to my home on Fleming Island. It's so easy to get there from my home! Thank you so much to everyone involved in caring for my cars & in getting me into the best car for me!

We were on a vacation trip (from WI) and had bad gas in the tank. You took care of us as quickly as possible and the tech tech showed great attention to detail, solving the problem, clearing all codes, and even reconnecting my gas cap tether.
