Everything was smooth and fast!

James the service writer was very polite and upfront. He told me they were busy and would probably be 2 hours. I had a 2pm appointment and it was done at 4pm. I had an oil change almost $95 and was told I needed a couple other things cabin filter and spark plugs which I never change unless it's running rough but he said it was due at 60,000. I guess this is what keeps them busy? All in all good work James.
