The online schedule system is terrible. It registered the wrong car, while not giving me an option. When I called just to correct it. The girl who answered had no idea what she was doing. She was rude and laughed as we hung up. She could t figure out how to schedule for correct car, or update to show we were going to wait for the car vs dropping off. They need more training.

Dominick was very professional and was great to work with. He did everything he could to make the entire experience as smooth and as quick as possible. Our finance guy was excellent too. We appreciate everyone at Coggin Toyota and we will definitely call him again if the need arises.
