Everyone at the dealership was warm and welcoming. My salesperson, Alan, made me feel comfortable and never pressured me at all. In less than 2 hours I left with my brand new Prius and felt great about the vehicle and all aspects of the interaction.

Excellent service

The experience was good. We liked the no-haggle process.The only complaint is with the setup of the ToyotaCare Maintenance Plan. We received an email saying it started on 10/21/2024 but we purchased the vehicle on 11/2/2024. We reached out to our salesperson and the dealership to try to get this resolved but they never responded. We are very dissapointed with this.

This was perhaps the most enjoyable and easy service call I have ever had. Everyoand ne at each stage of the process was highly professional.

Parts manager helped me get my low tire checked. A young man who goes by E checked it for me and had it repaired.I'm very thankful for both these gentlemen.
