When I arrived for my 11:20 service appointment service advisor Alan Winn informed me that they were running 2.5 hours behind. I chose to stay and wait hoping it wouldn’t take that long. The waiting area was full of people. At 2:30 when Alan returned from lunch I asked him the status of my vehicle since I was t getting any texts with updates. He informed me the vehicle was ready and they aren’t sending texts because their computer system was hacked. Long wait for sure.
