Jim was great! Answered all our questions and we did not feel pressured. He was also very patient and understanding as my husband and I disagreed over several things and he helped us come to a good compromise!

The service on our car was domes in a timely manner. We received an update as to the findings of what was suggested to be done with a full explanation.
