I had a problem with the hatch not opening and they said I needed a complete diagnosis, which would take at least half a day. I was pleased it took only 2 1/2 hours to diagnose and I received a free loaner. It was a nice brand new Camry. The next morning the job was completed. It was a good experience and Ron P. Was extremely patient and friendly. Also, the auto mechanic came over to help me with the fob key hatch button. I learned a few new things thanks to the auto mechanic. Overall a good experience, but do not understand why I needed a multipoint diagnosis. Thank you.
