I returned after finding that my Camry had excess oil from a recent oil change at Coggin. I checked in with Mr. Hoffman, explaining the problem. He told me that it might be 3 hrs since I did not have an appointment. I had no choice but to wait but asked if he could do anything to expedite the oil drain. He did push my car thru and I was out in less than an hr. I appreciated his attention very much.
