I was told that it would take 2 hours to program the 2nd key that Toyota did not have for me when they sold me the car. I waited 6 months for the 2nd key. I got there and the person that checked me in said it could be 3 or 4 hours because they were very busy. Seriously I had not prepared to be there 4 hours. As far as I could tell they don’t even have vending machines. I did have an appointment but apparently that doesn’t matter.

looking at the car, negotiating, and buying the car was good. the finance paperwork took a little longer than expected since i paid cash for the car. i did not get the car that day. my wife went back the Next day to sign the paperwork and pick it up. unfortunately the sales man carlos and the finance guy (black guy with white rimmed metal glasses) was off. juan helped us but seemed aggravated to do so. another finance Guy (tall white guy) helped us but seemed aggravated to do so. the 4runner had a coggin sticker on it which i asked for it not to. no one offered to go over the bells and whistles of the car with my wife she had to ask. seemed like since it was not their sell they did not want to help. they need to be more of team players...

Darius was very polite and great as usual. However, waiting almost 4 hours to change small battery and an air filter was ridiculous
