Jacob Tabacek was friendly and efficient. Somehow there was a little oops in the system and the recall I came in for had already been remedied on my car, but he was able to swap that service out for a much needed oil change.The only part that was a little disappointing was that I was promised a mini detail for my car's "birthday", the exterior was washed, but the interior looked exactly the same as it did when I brought it in. There was still sand on the seat and floor and it didn't look like the dash had been wiped off or anything. I understand that I have an older model car that isn't spotless inside, but it looks like they didn't do anything. Not sure if there was a miscommunication but I was a little bummed when I got in my car after waiting for 2.5 hours.
