When you expect a long arduous day and end ip with a 5 star experience. Everything went smoothly and was easy from the start.Made my appointment on-line. Confirmation was in my email along with a reminder early next day.I drove up to the service lane, was greeted by a rep. Asking who I had an appt. With. (Its in your confirmation) I was then directed to meet "James".He explained how the process would go for the day. I went in for two reasons, but I was hoping maybe they could tell me if anything else needed attention.I was directed to a very large waiting room. Lots of seating with a TV, magazines, coffee and water.You are contacted on an app as to where your vehicle is in the process.They alert you to all issues found then you choose what service you want done. Estimates are all there.My appointment was at 840 a.m. and I left before noon!Coggins was recommended highly by a friend. I live across the street from another dealership and glad my friend recommended Coggins. It was definitely worth the drive.OH, and I must comment on how spotlessly clean the entire place was! It looked like a surgical room. I mean, immaculate.I'll definitely come back for the rest of my repairs.Thanks James, for explaining everything. You definitely provided outstanding service and it made my day less nervewracking.
